Thank you for your interest in the UACES Collaborative Research Network on Gendering EU Studies. We are delighted to announce that we have received funding from UACES and the network officially commences on the 1st February 2018!

Your network conveners are: Roberta Guerrina (University of Surrey), Katharine A. M. Wright (Newcastle University), Toni Haastrup (University of Kent), Hanna L. Muehlenhoff (VU Amsterdam) and Annick Masselot (University of Canterbury).

Call for Papers: Panels on ‘Gendering EU Studies’ @ UACES 48th Annual Conference, University of Bath, UK, 2-5 September 2018

The UACES Collaborative Research Network (CRN) on Gendering EU Studies officially launches in February 2018. Prior to this we are seeking papers to form panels at the UACES annual conference in Bath in September 2018.

We are seeking papers which:

  • Showcase the latest innovations in gender approaches to all aspects of EU Studies.
  • and/or facilitate engagement between ‘mainstream’ EU studies scholars and feminist scholars on the value of gender analysis.
  • We particularly welcome papers from PhD students and early career researchers.
